As founder and director of Bais Schneur and YKMexico Summer camps for Lubavitch teenage boys and girls, Rabbi Sasson who has educated both Mesivta and Zal age Bochurim for the past 5 years. Rabbi Sasson saw the need of a Smicha Yeshiva that would help a Bochur transition from Bochurhood to Married Life, with a basis in Derech Eretz and Dirah B'tachtoinim teaching a Bochur important life skills setting him up for success in his married life and Chelkoi B'oilom.

Head Shliach of Long Island and Rabbi of East Hampton, Rabbi Baumgarten gives continued advice and direction to staff and students of Bais Schneur from it's inception and inaugural year in Southampton and throut it's move and direction.

Rabbi Baumgarten with his profound knowledge and depth of understanding with years of experience helps form the policy and problem solve current day challenges finding the Ratzon Hashem in every Scenario.

We are privileged to be working under the auspices of Rabbi Marlow Mara D'asra of North Miami Beach Lubavitcher community.

Rabbi Marlow will be teaching our Bochurim different topics in Practical Halacha with an in-depth background of the formation of the Halacha. Rabbi Marlow will also be testing our Bochurim on their Smicha.

Rabbi Eli Cohen, currently serves as the rabbi of Beit Negba which is under the auspices of Rabbi Yossi Marlow of Bais Menachem of North Miami Beach.  With over two decades of experience in Jewish education and leadership, Rabbi Cohen has taught and served as a Rabbi and Shliach in Miami Beach, Toronto, Canada, and Sydney, Australia. He also directed Jews for Judaism Australia for over a decade and served as the president of the Rabbinical Council of New South Wales.

Rabbi Nachman Wilhelm, Rosh Yeshiva of Online Smicha מכון להוראה, is an esteemed scholar and author of numerous books on Halacha. Rabbi Wilhelm is a dynamic teacher whose experience began serving as the Rosh Yeshiva in St. Paul, MN for 14 years before taking on the Online Smicha project and directing it for the last decade.

Loved by his hundreds of students over the years, Rabbi Wilhelm is known for his enthusiasm, devotion and dedication, and understanding of the student body. Many of his students over the years stay in contact with him and direct to him their practical day-to-day Halachic questions.

Rabbi Yossi Srugo known to many as Miami Mohel, has years of experience prepping Chassanim and Kallahs for marriage and walking them down the carpet to their Chuppa officiating wedding worldwide.

Rabbi Yossi will direct and teach the Bayis Yehudi course preparing Bochurim for married life.

Shevach Tamir holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology as well as a Master's degree in Social Work and Counseling. 

He has over 10 years of clinical experience working with a variety populations including Relationships, Trauma, Depression, Anxiety as well as Parenting. 

Self development as a cornerstone for healthier relationships is unbelievably important, especially as it comes to transitional phases of people's lives.

The behind the scenes log it all Shterny has been key in running the administrative end of Bais Schnuer investing her time and energy in building Bais Schneur not only as an institution but also as a warm home away from home for our Bochurim.
